Yeah... so i did some SIT-UPS!! *OMG* i didn't know i could do sit-ups! i did 15 after work yesterday and 10 before work today...whew!! i'm good! i didn't know i could do them! Anyways i have been working pretty hard i hope that this pays off. I hope i'm not eating too much and stuff. i think that three lowfat meals a day should be ok. It's stupid ( Read more... )

Aw, cheer up! You're doing great!

Are you weighing on any sort of schedule? Like every Monday or whatever? Don't forget too, to change up your workout routine every couple of weeks or so. Otherwise your body adapts and conserves energy, and you will hit a plateau.

thats like me. Ryanw as like do push ups, I laughed so hard. I said cant but I'll try sit ups (did 15) tried pushups for the fun of it.. did 2 HAHA

I keep wishing I was losing more fast. but all doctors say you should lose between 5-7lbs a MONTH thats the best way to insure you wont gain it back..annoying yes, but hell I'll take whatever helps me lose and not regain :)

Awesome! And even the littlest crunches or leg walks can work your abs too without having to strain your back and neck going all the way up and doing a sit-up.

yay for situps! :) I "do" them.. but I can't really lift up that high. Oi, thats my mission =- to do situps where I can reach my knees.

I put my toes under my couch and do sit-ups. Hehe...I did 10 tonight and 10 last night. My goal now is to start doing them when I wake up and then again in the evening. Baby steps! :)
