Yeah... so i did some SIT-UPS!! *OMG* i didn't know i could do sit-ups! i did 15 after work yesterday and 10 before work today...whew!! i'm good! i didn't know i could do them! Anyways i have been working pretty hard i hope that this pays off. I hope i'm not eating too much and stuff. i think that three lowfat meals a day should be ok. It's stupid

Are you weighing on any sort of schedule? Like every Monday or whatever? Don't forget too, to change up your workout routine every couple of weeks or so. Otherwise your body adapts and conserves energy, and you will hit a plateau.

I keep wishing I was losing more fast. but all doctors say you should lose between 5-7lbs a MONTH thats the best way to insure you wont gain it back..annoying yes, but hell I'll take whatever helps me lose and not regain :)
