Time to get back on the plan... Must do better than last time. My goal by April 25,2005 is to lose 15 pounds.

gained weight... gained pain... gained anger... Gained determination.

Why do i do good for like two days, then Blow it big time. I eat until my insides are screaming STOP! well not literally but i do eat really bad after a couple of days of dieting steady.

it's weird. It's so mental i think i need to go to a phsycologist.

I'm feeling really down today.

I even bought myself some new flip flops and it didn't help. i like them.

I think i just want to lay down.

Yay for me i'm starting a second job on the 14th of this month. I'm alittle nervous cuz that more work than i have ever done in my life. It's just part-time but i'm going to try to work 20-25 hours a week. Ugh. the first week is going to be 48 hours... I'll have to see how it goes ( Read more... )
