I think the Houston solution sounds very logical. It makes perfect sense as far as I can see. I don't see you living in Memphis again at all.

Also, have I done something to totally piss you off? It could be a multitude of things - you're busy, you've got a lot on your plate, any number of issues - but I've tried to contact you in just about every way I know possible and it's failed. Just let me know. If I've done something or if you just don't wanna speak again, lemme know and I'll quit trying.
