Sis... That's even better...MONTHS! Alhamdulilah! Eid was wonderful and quiet. We actually ate out for EID, I was so exhausted from itikaf, I couldn't possibly cook. I did entertain a few girlfriends 2 days later for BBQ lamb. My husband and I visited the night after Eid to some friends, and some came to us! The evening of Eid there was a Sudanese community gathering that we attended.
I am on my 3rd day of Shawal fasting...which I usually don't do, alhamduliah. Pray I keep up the momentum sis! I remembered all my LJ brothers and sisters...may Allah SWT answer our prayers...and free the oppressed Muslimeen..AMEEN
