I'm trying to decide if I should do Twitter. Before my blackberry (the dark times) I never thought I'd be able to do it b/c I can't exactly hop on the twitter site at work. Now that I have my wonderful amazing crackberry, I can look at it any time I want. I've noticed that I update my facebook status more often, and that tells me that I'll be more ( Read more... )

I don't like twitter. I tried it a couple of years ago and it lost the shinyness very fast. Mostly I just got bored with it.

But now people feel the need to post their daily twitterings on their livejournals. Which means I see them. It means I see HALF of a conversation and that greatly annoys me.

@whoever - Oh yah, that was hilarious!

But WHAT was hilarious?! Now I want to know. But to find out, I have to click on the person's name. And most of the time that person has their entries locked. So I still have HALF of the conversation and it's just ridiculous.

Plus, if they post links they get some funny fake url, so when I hover my mouse over the link I have NO idea what the link is to.

Yes, I'm a freak. But you knew that :D

That's my opinion. Don't do it.
