a three-quarters drabble

Further to my resolution to keep in touch with LJ more often, and to remind myself that I can still get things finished, even if this is shorter than a drabble and basically a one-liner... This was originally written for nineveh_uk and is therefore a crossover of two things she likes which will mean little (nothing?) to those who haven't read Clouds of ( Read more... )

crossover, quagmire, drabble, myfic, sayers, hp

I've read Clouds of Witness so I know what Peter's Pot is - but will have to do some revision, as I don't have a clue who Rowland Prince is in that book...

And icon love to the fierce canary!

crossover! not in Sayers at all, but someone waiting for a portkey. damn. obv should have used more drabble words making that clearer...

I dunno, I'd have thought the word "wizards" was a bit of a clue. There aren't any wizards in Sayers except for the story where there are

Nice to see this again, though for a faint moment I thought "a crossover of two things she likes" was going to be Barbara/Paul meets the Death Eaters...

except for the story where there are Have I missed that one, or are you being ironic again?! I have only read one of the short story collections - it's hard to face the fact that there's so little undiscovered Wimsey left for me, so I'm taking them very slowly...

Barbara/Paul meets the Death Eaters... Go on, I dare you! I don't reckon the DEs would stand a chance against Uncle Pandarus, at least...

Well, this only provides a wry HPverse take on one tiny moment of CoW - but go and read it anyway, as like all Peter Wimsey books it's very good!
