Firstly - thank you so much! This is my first Yuletide, I'm very excited about it, and I'm so looking forward to reading whatever you feel like writing! That's the most important part really, but since I'd love to give all the help I can to make this enjoyable, I'll try and provide a bit more info about what I like.

I love these letters: firstly for what they tell me about my friends' multifannishness, but also for what I learn about the various fandoms. I look forward to seeing the results of this!

Yes, I've loved reading them as well! Yuletide is such a good thing, all round. Now I must put some hard work into the fic I'm writing...

I'm not your assigned writer, and I'm really not sure what I'll have time for before the archive opens, but I'm just curious since Madness has started -- is the Dance television adaptation anything like the books? I've seen it a few times, and I love it, and there are fics in my brain about one or two characters (though not the ones you mentioned), but yeah, my knowledge is film only. I would assume twelve books are much more in-depth than a few hours of tv (lo), but do the characterisations read true to the novels, and are you interested in the film characters? Or only the books?
