Every time I think for more than 10 seconds about John Holsinger's nomination for Surgeon General, I black out for 12 hours and wake up naked and sweating ten miles away with clumps of my own hair clasped in my clenched, shaking fists.

It's not too big a deal. From what I've read, he's simmered down the whole fagzRgross thing. Plus, he probably won't be approved by the Senate, anyway.

Double-plus, he wouldn't make it through to the next administration, no matter who gets elected.

When it really comes down to it, this man actually has multiple degrees in his given field -- which could be tagged as an improvement based upon Bush's appointment history.
