how can the religious right support candidates who encourage behavior that contradicts their values, such as rewarding the greedy, liars, and theives?! also, how can those whose representatives are in the majority

surrealestate22, who is apparently your roommate, told me that you want to know "all about" my dad, who is the person Hayduke in Ed Abbey's The Monkeywrench Gang was based on. I knew Ed personally, knew him as "Uncle Ed" most of my life, and attended his funeral. But I really don't know much about him as a writer, I've only read two of his books (Monkeywrench and Abbey's Road), but while he was alive he was one of my favorite people.

hmmm........ do you carry a case of kayro syrup on your car, just in case? i dunno, i don't have very many questions. when i read "the Monkey Wrench Gang" was one of those defining moments in my life which helped me figure out what i truly believed from what i had been told my entire life. so for that, please say thank you to your dad for being part of the movement and insipiring me and countless others. mind if i add you?
