Yeah, she announced this last year. She's getting on up there in years. You can just about count on a Rep. conservative to fill her spot.

i hadn't heard anything about it. however, today i heard that Joe Biden endorsed Republican senator Mike DeWine for a Supreme Court spot. what a weird day....

Yes, you can expect a heated battle over this seat, but I think we can expect it to be filled by a conservative. I wish someone like Prada would fill it. He's not liberal, but at least he's more in the mainstream like O'Conner was.
