Meh. So this week I've been kind of REALLY depressed, frustrated, and anxious. I don't want to go into further details because it'll just make me feel worse. I hope it gets better sooner than later.
What I need to do is take the advice a friend gave me and stop FUCKING dwelling.

That sounded a lot less crazy in my head.
Crappy tv, buddhist philosophy, knee-snapping cardio, and grocery shopping are my four part panacea. YMMV.
