gosh, i dunno who you are talking about but from your description it sounds wildly unnecessary for her to have to take such a huge transformation. if only people colud be happier with what they were given.. some people in this world don't even HAVE noses!

i'm not so sure she wants everyone to know about it yet. i guess i should just accept it since she claims it'll make her happy. i'm just a little concern since it is surgery! sure lots of people of thought of changing something about themselves. hell i know i sure have, but doctors and hospitals freak me out and i've just learn to deal with my imperfections because that's what makes me who i am!
