we went to GRANDMA'S and we didn't get to take home any of the turkey.

:(

I guess we're going to have to cook a turkey of our own. bleh.

you know, they sell just turkey breasts...takes less time to cook.

But I also like the dark meat for samiches...it's so TENDER and not dry. :)

We have a *little* bit of leftovers. I polished off the giblet gravy today, though. I need to boil the remains down for stock and make soup or stew.
