I've seen this guy on 6th Ave. You can tell just by looking at him that he's an asshole, but did you know that he's also a Nazi? Can anyone say DREAM DATE?!
Close, but I think you misunderstood. The villain will actually be a group of villains played by various street performers and racists. In all fairness, he is the leader, but not the sole villain.
I've seen that guy around for years. He spare-changes near the Jam Paper and Envelope store on 3rd Avenue around 15th or 16th street. I always wondered what was up with the all-white ensemble. And I don't care what he says, his skin is always the same color.
