I need a role model. I am always telling young people about the importance of having a mentor, and yet I have never had one. I find Condaleeza Rice interesting but then I don't agree with her politics.

So many people I know are turning to some sort of gustatory detoxing recently. You may not know but Sarah has not eaten meat since being in NZ and her vegetarian way of eating has made a BIG difference in how she feels and looks.

I have heard about the Jamieson book...good things. So tell me what you think about it because I am willing to try it, too.
