Ok if I find myself crying if Wesley leaves in the finale, I will point to this fic as the cause of those tears.

I can't believe you did all of this in the last couple of hours. Not just the writing but the fact that it made me move closer to the place where maybe, maybe, Liz settling for Wesley is ok. So Tina Fey, if you refuse to give me the epicness that would be Jack/Liz, Liz/Wesley will be an acceptable alternative, but only if it is written as awesome as this fic. (But pleasepleasepleasepleaseplease cave in to Jack/Liz. I am on my knees begging here, at least in my head.)

I love that he loves Coldplay, I love that he loves Mamma Mia! (because it is mine and Liz's guilty pleasure and MM! is the biggest grossing movie in the UK), I love how he could make her day better at the end (like how Jack would if he wasn't caught up in this stupid Avery business plus Jack/Alec has beefy forearms. Ok I will stop that now.) and how Liz ends up proposing to him.

HEE, thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it! ♥ I've loved Jack/Liz so much ever since the show began, so Tina quashing it over and over has always been depressing, and their diminishing amount of screentime as the series has gone on has also made me SO SAD, and then -- Lord knows why -- Wesley came along and like 100% renewed my 30 Rock enthusiasm! And by God, I'll take what I can get.

Liz's iPod's doing that thing where it hisses like it's mad at her and emits a whole bunch of static again, and her hair's actually like 88% decent today, so she doesn't really want to tempt fate by coming within ten feet of it. The iPod, not her hair. Unfortunately, it's also one of those days where she's totally jonesing to listen to The Final Countdown over and over. (Whatever helps you make it through the work week. Whatever helps.) Her solution is: pop on over to the Hallmark store and grab one of those cards that plays music when you open it. The Final Countdown is such a total musical-card song, it'll totally be there.

You know what's funny ... I have this card. lol.

This story was so great. I laughed multiple times. I don't usually read comedy based fics, but I truly loved this. If only this is how the next season of 30 Rock could play out. Maybe you could send them this story and inspire some writers. :)
