I find that people (read: women) who say things like "I try to eat healthy" usually have something like a lowfat muffin for breakfast, a salad for lunch, chicken and veggies for dinner, then a huge snack around 10 or 11 pm. Hey, they tried!

ugh. i used to be guilty of that. now i just fess up that i don't eat healthy, but that i'm trying to change my habits. i think the key is eating the protein in the morning and then slowly scaling off on it as you move through the day. that way at dinner you haven't just been running on empty carbs all day.

you have a good nutrition plan? i'm not looking for a diet by any means...just some tips on how to eat wiser/healthier :)

Nah, i don't really have a good nutrition plan. It just drives me nuts when people wonder why there not losing weight when they don't realize how much food they're eating. I sit there eating the Ben and Jerry's too, but if i were trying to lose weight and couldn't i'd know what the problem was.

Good luck trying to eat healthy foods :)
