hey well i have been doing alright lately but i really have to cut down my portion sizes ive decided. Last night for tea i had rice, veges and meat but the thing is i had a very big portion!! Breakfast is very important. It gets your metabolism going in the morning, plus many other positive things. Really, you should be eating a bit every 3 or so hours. And if you're really hungry at night, eat. It doesn't matter when you get the calories in, but how many--if you eat all your calories at night and none in the day (say because you slept all day)...well then. You'll still lose the same amount if you were awake and ate them during the day.

btw- dont eat after 7. like unless you have an apple. apples are good bc theyre filling and super healthy and yummy!

i have the same problem to oi! portion sizes are my problem. and snacking!! plus i havent gone to the gym since i moved out of hamilton (2 months), but i will be going again in a few weeks when i move again lol.
but yea...needa lose some weight aye=S
