It takes 5-14 days to arrive.

Headbows x 2 (HK$180) = (USD$23.83) + Shipping (HK$38) = (USD$5.04) + commission HK$40 = (USD$5.4) + 4.5%paypal fee = HKD$269.61 = (USD$35.7)

Compare to their price
Headbows x 2 (HK$180) = (USD$23.83) + Shipping (HK$150) = (USD$19.86) + 4%paypal fee = HKD$343.2 = (USD$45.44)

If you order "in stock" item, I think you will be able to recieve it before 31st.
If you order "bespoke" item, they need 2 weeks to complete the product for you, so I dont thik you can receive it before 31 if you order "bespoke" item :( sorry about that.
