OKAY! If you are going to central market, I suggest these two cheeses. Expensive little buggers, but their cheese is devine. Chimay Cheese is #1. That shit will make you a Chimay ale fan as well. The second is Red Dragon. It's a cheese with mustard seeds in it that explodes with flavor on impact. Add some spicy Dijon and you has a heaven. Also, if they have Tenfiddy beer, get that. I have a feeling you'll like it. They come in 4 packs so 3 will floor you plenty.
