What can Richards know? He can know pretty much everything he possibly can about Isobel, seeing as her parents are handlers. Her basic details, her school schedule, her medical records...the whole nine yards. And seeing as the students are being watched, he's probably also aware of who she spends time with and such.
What can't Richards know? I assume there isn't really much that he wouldn't know. I can't think of any big, dark secrets he wouldn't be aware of! But if that changes, I'll let you know. :)
Can your characters' parents be handlers too? Isobel's are, yes!
If yes to the above, are you alright with the handlers sending in information about your character? Totes fine with this.
