Thanks so much Billy, it really means a lot to me. It's just a lot to see him like that..The best thing is, that he's going to make it and he'll recover soon. His injuries aren't that bad. He was so damn lucky with the shot to the chest, the doctors said that if it was an inch over to the right, it would have punctured his lung. Thank's s'much Billy..I'll be sure to call you when I have a chance. I haven't really had a chance to call anyone at that. You know the whole "No cell phones in the hospital thing. But as soon as stuff lets up a bit, I'll be sure to ring you up.

Dominic, I'm so terribly sorry. I know exactly how this feels...I was off filming an episode of E-fucking-R and my wee girl almost died from meningitis. I was completely insane the whole flight home.

I do miss you very much and would like to talk to you when you're feeling up to it. No rush, mate. You've got my mobile. I promise I won't just let it vibrate.

Thanks for the concern mate, I'll be back sooner or later.. I'm not sure when, but I'll be back. I just want to make sure that he's completely healthy before he leaves the hospital. And plus, I've got to help Mum and Dad deal with it.. Mum looks like a shell of a woman, she doesn't sleep, eat or anything. Just sat there and stares at Matt all the time, she's been praying like crazy. *smiles weakly* I've been praying myself mate. Even the devil's gotta break tradition..

I think that I would do the same thing, even if it was for my own sanity... I would go mad waiting for the police to do something. I think you need to talk to his friends, find out what he was doing that night maybe...I don't know, I still feel just awful for you.

I did, I called up several of his friends, found out what pub he was at and if he had caused any trouble with anyone there. Not a single thing went wrong that night, he bought his friends and a couple of girls a few pints and some shots. They left at like 3 something; some walked home, some took a taxi, and Matt drove one of his mates home. And after that, I have no idea what else happened other than him being found on the side of the road. Maybe he was an innocent victim to some type of gang shite. Who knows...
