It's been a nice year, but I've learned I'm holding on to something that never cared to be held on to by me, so I'm letting it go.

So LJ, which was once thought to be my "safe place" for ranting and venting, has recently turned into a way for my "friends" to take the things I say and twist them around to fit their own already distorted views on reality.
