Summer's here, yes? Today is the solstice. Our heat index has been over 100 daily for weeks now. We haven't seen rain yet this month. The Gulf felt like swimming in hot bath water last week. But today summer has started? Ok. Whatever. LOL

IKWYM re: Father's Day. Jay didn't pick out his gift, but M is with Chris today, so he won't get his until tomorrow. Seems rather anticlimactic to me. I'm glad to see that you had such a long "lovely" list for your vacation before the suckage really kicked in.
