Each year, our Valentine's Day plays out the same way. And each year, it's very much worth being grateful for. I always prepare a lovely meal and set a lovely table. The kids think it's great - complete with candles and them getting to use the fancy grownup glasses. 4. Hearing that despite printing 56,000 extra copies, the paper completely sold out today. Every where. Every issue.
5. Leftovers that taste better the 2nd time around than the first.
6. A work week that consists of a Monday and a Friday with nothing in between.
