I've got a batch of pomegranate liqueur steeping, about 3 weeks away now from straining and bottling. Hard part will be letting it sit for the year I usually do once it's bottled.
That sounds tasty. Does it really need to sit after it's already been fermented, distilled, and strained? I''d totally just drink it right away before I forgot I had it.
