A logical and contend ending. I like, how you opened up a window for Gretchen and her family, as much as I accept that Linc has to leave.

Ohhh, sad!times for this coming to an end!

But a very satisfying end, which almost makes it alright ;)

I loved the routine at the beginning, and this: On the fourth day, she realizes they’re having a pseudo-honeymoon, and she’s thankful that thought occurs to her as she showers alone. Lincoln has already left for the office, but she ends up kneeling on the shower floor, her gut wrenching sobs echoing off the beige tile. Just about broke my heart, *crack*, see!

And what a fitting ending you gave this gem, It was just, sort of... done. No grand gestures or declarations between them which was super in character and really rather perfect.

This best story that I read once. The description of the emotions is fantastic. Only to congratulate I am top notch. I hope for it something will be his continuation or a totally new story.:) Is there a hope? ♥

I'd forgotten that I thought about a sequel to this, but to be honest, I don't really write PB fic anymore, so I don't really see it happening now.
