Last night Sarah & I attended the first night of Marriage Preparation at the church we're planning on getting married at (St. Peter's on Bathurst, just north of Bloor). An interesting evening: almost no religion, heavy on the reflective. Lot of questions on what you're looking from marriage, what you and your partner see marriage as, practical

yeah, i think it's really good to be forced to think about/discuss these kinds of things (okay, so "forced" is probably too harsh of a word... but you know what i mean) because it's so easy to avoid them otherwise. already i've learned so much, and most of it wasn't even the stuff they were specifically trying to teach. :)
