Holy Crap!!

So i figured i'd give the gazelle and weights a break yesterday and decided to try Taebo, how bad could it be right?! a punch here and a kick there no big deal i can handle this. Yeah right,man thats hard it takes me at least 20 minutes on the gazelle to get the same amount of workout that taebo gave me in less than 10. i was all into it too,felt ( Read more... )

You should try pilates.
You dont even sweat and you are hurting in matter of minutes..

sounds good,im always trying new things to change my workout. is there a specific one you would recomend? i've heard about it, but never heard anyone that tried it.. thanks..

Pilates is great. It tones you in like 2 sessions. If you keep it up you move up slowly to accelerated and that really really really works...

yeah i tried that stuff a few years ago...i dunno what tape i was on...but i couldn't do it. It looks fun. Have you seen that trampoline work out thing???
