After closing ceremonies Saturday, (which happened to be the first time closing ceremonies have been held on Saturday and not Sunday), I got on a plane and headed for home. Travis, I hate to say it, but your wrong this time. Not that David isn't someone that could be loved. But one conversation and a dinner doesn't constitute immediate "love". I did have a lovely time, though.

It was only nerves.

My dear, there was really no reason for you to be nervous. Just a lovely evening between two people, and I have you to thank for that. It would be wonderful if we could do it again sometime, yes? A stunning young woman such as yourself should not be spending your time in New York alone.

I know there was no reason for it, but I was. I'm glad you enjoyed yourself as much as I did. Yes, it would be wonderful to do it again. I can handle New York, but I don't know how to take your chivalry. ;)

Take with a grain of salt. Or something like that. I don't recall the exact phrase. In any case, would you have the time to sign online?

I've heard of this wonderful Moroccan place a few blocks from my hotel and would enjoy company from a person a bit closer to my own age. (Not that I don't enjoy spending time with Dan or Bonnie, but it's nice to socialize with others, also.) Speaking of hotels, my reservation is going to expire in a few days, and I'm not so sure I want to depart from the city yet.

Consider it taken with a slight blush of the cheeks. For you, I do have time.

I think I know what restaurant your referring to. I haven't been there yet. I can understand the age difference, there's only so much menopause and erectile dysfunction you can hear. *grins, winks* Not that they would actually talk about things like that.

My offer still stands. You are more than welcome to stay at my place until you are ready to depart.
