They need a completely different kid. Good god, terrible choice. This may be the High School Musical Stigma talking though. I haven't bothered to see anything he's been in. And this is such an obviously soulless business deal. I would prefer they cast an unknown for the part. The kid is not exactly known for his method, and Jonny is not exactly known for his singing.

Yes... A completely wrong type... For one thing he looks older and nothing like him... I mean you could put a blonde wig on him but then it'd be just as bad as Freddie Prinz Jr. in Scooby Doo...
