Michael Eisner and his Tornante Co. have hired newcomer Mark Hammer to write a feature adaptation of "Bazooka Joe," the comic strip that comes with Bazooka bubble gum.

i can see it being as funny as every other comedy to come out in recent years, since no bazooka joe comic ever created has ever been funny in any imaginable way whatsoever.
