The counting begins

I joined Weight Watchers last night. We'll see how the first month goes. I had my first weigh-in and was in a state of shock. I knew that I weighed more than I have at any time in the past, but, to see the number was quite shocking. Pointer, Leave the yellow out of the egg it has the most calories. two eat more veggies then meat, three drink lots of water to give the full feeling.

When I boil my eggs I do leave out the yellow. I only eat it when I scramble them. I'll have to just eat more boiled eggs. Yummy, they are good.
Yes, more water. Must.....drink....more....water. I love water but not when I feel like I have to have it. I need to get some more of the Dasani flavored water. Its yum.

Flavored water has suger in it. It more like Kool-aid. Try making your own flavored water with soaking cut up fruit in it.

you also have your 35 allowance points, so you can go over your points. you're allowed to splurge once in a while. you can still have nachos!
scrambled eggs are a lot of points. however, some people at my meeting said to get Egg Beaters and use those because they're only the whites. I haven't tried those yet but everyone says they're really good.
yay for joining weight watchers! if you need anything, i'm here for you! we can support each other, cause i need all the support i can get lol.

and that's awesome that you worked out! i'm going to in a little bit.

speaking of working out, do you know you get points for working out? Activity Points. you can use those that day ONLY. they don't carry over. but it's nice to have extra points aside from your 35 extra points.

I know, I figure I'm blowing those 35 points tonight. Oh well, I'll do better. I already feel better because I'm actually doing something instead of just complaining. I'll have to try some of those EggBeaters. I've heard of them and I love egg whites.

What's your id on the weight watchers website? Is there anyway to hook them up for support?

I saw that activity point thing. I'm really glad! I usually work out for longer than 30 minutes and harder than the low. I was going to ask if they counted sex? I mean, its a workout, right? I'm just not sure how to put that in the system.

yeah i save all my allowance points for the weekends so i can go out and have some drinks and whatnot. it also helps that i earned 5 activity points today ( ... )
