Whadda ya mean I can't pay my bills? Why do ya think I'm broke?

I knew when I got a new phone I was going to have problems with my billing. Last month it was a $20 new phone activation charge no one told me about. Now I'm being charged for Internet access. I always had Internet access, but apparently I was never charged for it. When I got the new phone they started billing me for it.

It sucks.

I'm changing my bank because they're nickel and diming me.

I have free online access to LOOK at my money but if I do anything with it it's $1.25 fee. From my computer. Taken out at the end of the month.

I get charged the generic atm fee, the bank atm fee and then another withdrawal fee.

Yeah. I've lost over $100 in the last 2 months to fees.

I don't call that nickel and diming - that's more like robbery! Sheesh. What bank is this?

CIBC here in a Canada. I'm moving to PC Financial which is associated with CIBC but there's no fees and I get points towards groceries.

Yeah we just went through the activation fee thing with Sean's phone. No one said anything about it to us and there is was on the bill. Strangely enough, the charge was reversed a week or so later. I have no idea why because no one on my plan called to complain about it. Did you complain about yours?

And yeah, free internet, always too good to be true...

Yeah, I called and complained. They said it was a "Third Party" charge (from the place I got my phone) and they couldn't do anything about it. I would have to get the dealer drop the charge.

The thing I want to know is what happened to the Internet that still is supposed to be included with my calling plan?
