i think that even if our society found the perfect balance between being permissive and being proactive, these things still wouldn't be entirely preventable, and that's pretty frustrating. i think i understand your frustration.

Yeah, that's kind of confusing rant. I just needed to let off some steam, and I guess I got the right signal to go off about this. But yeah, it just seems that, the resources aren't being put in the right places sometimes. I don't know, it's kind of jumbled.
