I love this song and had forgotten about it until my friend reminded me . I hadnt heard it for a long time but it is so strong and applicable every day.

Great line, great song. Jesus IS a wild lover, too wild for most I'd say. We'd much prefer not having to deal with the reality of sin to the extent that he did. To get too close to Him seems too dangerous. But hanging there in plain sight, enticing us is the freedom from fear that will be our reward for surrendering ourselves.
