Yes, they're very delicious. I could eat a whole pan.

No, they don't get mashed, just stuck together really well. It gets heavier and stickier as it cooks so it becomes harder to mix.

I love all kinds of rice, here in Spain we have lots of rice recipes but none of them looks like these ones, they look crazy delicious. :)
I'm courious, are these dishes sweet?

Yes, they are. The one wrapped in banana leaves is kind of bland just by itself so you'd have to pair it with some fruit or top it with coconut or sugar. Me, I just dip it in sugar and have coffee along with it. It's really delicious.
