"actually" is the new "like"

Just start listening for how many times people say "actually" and you'll see what I mean.

I avoid that word at all costs now.

But...actually is most often followed by like. Listen for it. I personally hate "very, sort of..." That drives me nuts. Is it very? Or is it sort of? Pick one!!
