They are not responsible for lost of stolen items. i hate that too. GET SOME SECURITY CAMS WTF.

you can't have security cameras in the locker room though - people don't like being on take when they are naked.

Then use changing rooms. Plus you can have the cams outside by the doors and if it has a timer you can see who came and went during the hour you were there.
