I am proud of myself! I ran yesterday, not just jogged, I RAN! My exercise buddy and I did really well, running for much longer, at certain points, and staying the course with much more gusto than I usually do. Mind you, she is 18 years my junior! I'm so proud of you. You are doing awesome. You know why, because when you go astray, you come back. There is the clincher in success.

I have been doing a lot of walking. As for my eating habits I figured out that I eat badly when I'm tired. It's comforting at the time, but makes me more tired.

You are my role model.

Aww, you're so sweet Kelly! Thank you so much! It's hard work as you know, exercise, eating better, getting fitter...inspiring anyone, especially my own children who are more aware and on that quest for better health and fitness too, means so much! You keep on it, don't stop. We all have the moments of overeating, giving in to temptation, hey, I am too, but you are correct. Getting back on track is so important! Even more important is the less time it takes for you to get back on track, the easier it is to do! I'm cheering you on!
