Donna, you shouldn't have to offer your friends anything BUT yourself. You feel wierd at "home" in Pleasanton just like everyone else because it's not really home anymore. I mean, it will always be a sort of home i guess, but the relationships you form now will be the one you keep for the rest of your life. Think about the 99% of the people in the world who don't go to college after high school. They get married about now and work at min wage for the rest of their lives. You should feel awkward at home because you are in a new stage of your life where it really is YOUR life. Don't feel lonely, it makes me sad. Give me a call if your ever bored on the weekend or after 5 during the weekday. I'm working full time at my dad's company, TriNet. Find some sort of productive outlet if you don't feel like working. You still have a few months of summer ahead of you.
