Okay, this is stunning, and I have NO idea how you've done it.

I'd never wear it, but I love it. (I don't suppose there's a way to have something like that framed in a shadow box...)

It involves fabric that's forgivingly elastic or at least stretchy on the bias, trims and feathers, and a lot of patience (and some cussing).

And I don't see why it shouldn't be possible to frame it like that. Goodness knows people find other things to frame.
