Alright, so we've all survived the summer and returned for a new year. As such, I have some news for folks. First up, S.A.F.E. is a student run safety commission for student use. Want an escort to your car? Want a drive home? Want someone to check your dorm room? Want to learn self-defense? Then come to S.A.F.E. and find out how or call us for help ( Read more... )

Someone once told me that getting a dog with a girl is like getting a pre-engagement not-ring.

I'll drop by and leave my volunteer information for S.A.F.E.

Okay! You can leave it with me, Frankie, or Sammie. Just whichever of us is in.

I might be more worried if Frankie were more like your average person. She isn't.

It sounds like you guys are pretty solid. I don't see why you'd be worried either way.

OMG I WANT A PUPPY HEMI!

(I'm only kidding. Buster wouldn't ever forgive me for violating our relationship with a puppy.)

I need to see where Smutty Moll stands as a band this year, to be frank. But I'd love to cooperate and stuff, so I'll get back to you on whether we'll be available or not.

Okay, just let me know. They're looking for a couple of bands, I know. So your chances of playing are good if you're ready to go and all.

if u like hi-energy dogs u could get a husky or a border collie those really like to run....or a australian cattle dog....not many big big dogs that r hi-energy except greyhounds but u need to b careful theyre sighthounds so theyll take off if you dont have them on a leash lol.....dobermans r good.....if u really want hi-energy go for a terrier.....

sry i just really love dogs lol....

I really like dogs, too. I grew up with a Golden Retriever. But I was looking at Border Collie as an option. Only thing that stopped me was that they seem to be very job oriented from what I've read. How well would one do in an apartment, do you think? I don't know them that well. Greyhound might be a bit too big, sadly. Once I get a farm I can have one of each!

Are you new here?

lol no ive been here since last year just was really quiet i guess...

anyway ya golden retrievers r cool too....a border collie can work in an apartment just depends on the dog cuz some of them r more hyper then others....but like if u exercise the dog enough and consistently then itll be fine......

I volunteer at the shelter, I can give you the low down on who the good ones are, seem most people oriented and haven't been abused too badly.

Also, hi, Jack! It's good to know you'll be back on campus this year!

Hi, Marie! I hope you had an amazing summer. When I have my official apartment warming, you'll have to come over. Frankie assures me there'll be something pumpkin to eat when I do. And who would want to miss that?

It's okay I'm in the dorms and I don't have anywhere to keep a puppy and anyway Swain's at the farm but he's really Byrons I mean he likes me and we play a lot but he's not my dog, you know?

I've never had a puppy of my own I was just a little wistful is all.
