I have been reading this for a while. Maybe you should realize that it's a job. You're not the boss. Manager does not mean you know everything. It does not mean you are the boss. Things are done the way they are for a reason. If you don't like it, leave. Bosses and co owners do their job. You might not like how they do it, but, again, you don't have to work for them.

You complain about your job, about your coworkers, and about how you hate them all. Only you can change any of that. Not change the company, but change who you work for and with. You complain about your coworkers acting like high school kids. Duh, that's what they are. You're not cool because you're the manager of a bunch of high school kids. You talk about your resume, but guess what. It is a different job than you had before. Each job is different. Duh.
