Is it really bad.

I flipped by The Breakfast Club today on tv. I remember watching it with Gloria in the house. I thought it was so stupid and she always loved it. We actually fought about it. I said that no one in the movie knew what real problems were and shouldn't be complaining. She said that I had no right to label my problems as more than everyone elses and ( Read more... )

Well, I've gotten in the habit of thinking you're talking about me when you're not. That's pretty self-centered.

And I shouldn't get into the habit of listening to you. But thanks for taking my side.

It's an honest mistake. It's not often that I'm not talking about you, my self-centered love.

Hm ... I don't really know Gloria ... was she that lesbian chick at your bachelorette party? Anyway ... I actually do think that some people have worse problems than others, but no one can really have that perspective if they haven't been in someone else's shoes, or if they haven't encountered someone with worse problems than theirs ... I think what Gloria said was a little unfair, though. I wonder if she just felt uncomfortable acknowledging the really terrible things that happen, so it was easier for her to get involved in their problems. And she was upset because you wouldn't let her get lost in a world where problems only went so deep. It is scary.

Yes, she was the lesbian chick.

Maybe those things were her problem. Gloria also had a bleeding heart and was open to taking in anyone with whatever problem they thought they had.
I think that maybe she was just tired of me being pissed all the time, too. I think I just started to annoy her for all sorts of reasons because of that.

It's lame, but supposedly many teenagers identify with it and like it. I can tell you the plot if you want to know.
