Bi annual visit

My goodness, it's November the last time I flew in here. What a lot has gone on... and since we are on the funny Friday between a public holiday (Women's Day) and the weekend, there's a skeleton staff and I'm holding the fort.

Well, in March, Benson and Hedges caught up with me and they took out half a lung. Forget Zyban - having your chest cracked
