As some of you may know, I am no longer employed at the Iowa Foundation for Medical Care. Frankly I'm actually glad to have been "down-sized", I don't have to put up with the boring monotony that is doing nothing all day and I got a weeks worth of severance pay

So what are your crazy ideas ben? And sorry to hear about you being downsized, but your capable of much more. I think youd make a great teacher, but that might ring with monotony as much as your previous job did. Go with your heart, i think a MA in Music Education might be good for you

I'd go with music myself, but that's the sappy little artist in me. I could just as easily see you teaching history or computer science as well, so perhaps the Master of Education...?

Ultimately, just make sure to follow your heart and pick the one you want... because I refuse to be blamed if you're not happy with your selection. ;)

As you know sir, I think you should go for education and try to save at least a small portion of the next generation from abject intellectual poverty.

an MBA? I wish you well in your future and as your friend have the utmost faith in you to accomplish just about anything... but an MBA?

I vote for the myriad of other less well paying Jedi options. Sure you dont the cool choke someone from afar death grip dealie but you also dont get accused of slaughtering children. Wait was that an episode 3 reference? *shudder*

Anyway, look forward to seeing you in august for husky, I pick options 2-5.

Hm. Tough choices. I'd say Comp Sci, or History, or... Music history.

I might go back to school too. My job ended in June and I haven't been able to find a job yet. Granted it's only been a month, but it's so frustrating.
