I have a very bad, though almost non-existent relationship with the boss. We're not talking to each other. He doesn't respond to any communications I send him. Its been going on for months.
I'll be alright now that I've decided to work at getting out of here; the best solution for everyone.

Of course, this is all assuming that I make a phone call and you still don't get any satisfaction, so you go insane and shoot up the place.
