not a good start today.  I think the pizza I had last night was not good.  Not really sick but not feeling good either.  by noon (with a long morning nap) I felt ok (even good)  I am going to pick up the prescription that should have been ready yesterday.  Contacted the ambulance company about having my name incorrect and after lengthy conversation
