starvimg tonight (officially fasting) I have an appointment for some tests tomorrow and I need to have been without food for at least 12 hours ... the actual dr appointment is for two weeks but it takes at least ten days to get the results. two really good days in a row! my prolonged siege of poor health may be over. Watching pygmalian (the original that "my fair lady" is based on. In some ways better as there is not so much musical comedy.. but the more recent version is more entertaining. and of course the ending is quite different.

I have missed a few day. This has not been a good week for me. I had another fall and have not felt well for several days.
